is it possible for a digital recorder, being used to record evps, to pick up radio interference where theres no radios in the immediate vacinity? This is not a technical question btw - Im trying to debunk an evp. I dont know if its radio interference, but it could be.

the only info im finding at the minute says you'll get radio interference using wireless mics ... but no mention of built in mics on a digital recorder getting interference. This is the EVP im listening to .... ... was there lightening around at the time i wonder?

I'd say on a hardwired system that there is very little chance, the mic wont pick it up anyway IMO, but thats not to say that some other component in the cct wont
