    I'm looking to buy a Sony DSC W200, it comes to 404 euro shipped to my door, anyone used them? what are they like? do they respond to queries by email fast? the site looks very basic/dodgy...

    Disclaimer: didn't buy anything off them, but did email them!

    They are based in Germany, and have a few different url for different countries. Answered email queries promptly, but didn't have the item I wanted in stock at the time. Seem legit to me, but it's your money!
    Are you tempted to go ebay Hong Kong route instead? Prices v. keen.

    Ordered a Tamron 200-500 lens from Cam-Ireland on Aug 9th. The parcel (as per tracking item on the UPS website) is due for delivery on Aug 16th. Excellent service so far.

    I've bought several cameras off them and always found them top class, an added bonus was as I'm VAT registered, I could buy ex VAT without any worries.

    I wouldn't worry in the slightest about buying from them again.

    Used em as well to get some canon lenses and stuff And Klaus (their main man) has always been very responsive and helpful, would deffo use them again myself. The clincher last time was the VAT as I'm VAT registered meself.

    bought off them myself..top class to deal with. emails replied to within 24 hrs and they use UPS for delivery.

    no hesitations dealing with Klaus again

    komplett is still cheaper for an 18-200mm VR..
