    Hey there
Wondering if anybody has travelled with this airline from Cologne to Dublin?

    Are they reliable?

    Thanks

I've travelled with them a lot from Köln and other cities but never to Dublin. Good airline and never had any issues with them but they have one of the most f*cked up checking in systems in Köln that I've ever seen. They would have a number of desks open for general checkin for different flights and these would have a clock overhead with a countdown running. Once the timer reached 0, the desk would close, even if you were next in that queue. So you would then have to join another queue and hope you managed to get to the desk before it reached 0! It meant standing there and trying to figure out who which checkin assistants were quickest, who had no bags, who in the queue might be slow and so on, bloody ridiculous. I haven't been through Köln in over 2 years so I hope they have it changed!
