Stickies has all the info you need ... but just going by what you like, there are loads of possibilities. Try and aim for 6 smaller meals a day and from unprocessed foods.

Weetabix for breakfast (porridge would be better)
Grilled chicken breast on wholemeal bread or with a salad for lunch
    Some fruit
Mince , potatoes and veg for dinner
    more fruit
Boiled eggs on ryvita (favourite of mine)

    There ... easy

    now you try ....

Learn how to read packets for nutritional values. Calories are on most foods, just look at values per 100g, then figure out how much you are eating. On your list, the mince, bread, rice, cheese, weetabix have relatively high kcal per 100g. Coleslaw can vary depending on brands- more mayo, more fat, more cals- some coleslaw has quite low calories per 100g. Chicken fillets are about 120kcal per 100g, chicken with fatty skin has far more.

The bun on a quarter pounder burger can have more kcals than the actual meat.

Some things can be surprising, a full tin of beans has about half the calories of a full pack of supernoodles.
