Problems adding 'other' channels to a sky box

Hi, I've got a sky box without a sky card and am attempting to tune in the 'other' channels such as itv etc.. I enter the details in correctly in the add channels menu and after a few seconds I get a 'no signal' response. The pre programmed fta channels such as cnn and euronews work fine. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Does ITV work on 103 on your box? Or is 103 still TV3?
