    Hey all

Just wondering what peoples thoughts are on the above. I usually eat them for lunch in work prepared the night before with some cherry tomatoes.

I know they aren't perfect but they are so handy so I am wondering if they are marginally bad or horrifically bad. There is no nutritional information on the packet.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks in advance

Thanks spurious, exactly what I was looking for!

Its the last meal before my pretty intensive cardio so I am sure it won't put a dent on me too much.

Not that many. maybe 200? but is the quality of them that counts.

    About 500 in a pack.

There is no secret about this!, just look at calorific values on the pack, if there is none on your brand, just look at the other brands, they are all very similar ingredients. Mcdonalds supernoodles are a slightly bigger pack and up to 560kcal per pack.

I see people in work who are "on diets", yet can sit down to 1000kcal lunches, that might seem "healthy" to the ignorant person who just reckons if it tastes good it must be bad, and if it is bland it is good. I know people who only think you get fat from eating fat.

I really think realising how many calories you are eating, and general calorific values of foods is people main problem. I have people shocked when you compare foods, but all the info is right in front of you, and has been all along.
