Seller deciding he wants more for an item

After II won the guy sent a message saying he cant let it go for such a low amount (its not my fault he didnt set a min bid) and that he was looking for around £10. We had agreed to £5 for postage before the auction ended.


Being a bit pissed off that he was not honouring his side I also knew I wouldnt get it for a decent price anywhere else so I sent him a message suggesting £13 including postage. On principal I dnt really feel like buying it off him now.

Should I just leave neg feedback and chalk it up to experience or do I have any other options?
