I know this is a long shot but I am wondering if anyone here knows anything about an condition called "Cryptorchidism " I believe it is quiet common. it is where the testicles have not come down from childhood and now the sperm is basically not any good. I just wonder if anyone has knowledge about this or where I can get…

I don't know much about the condition, as we have unexplained infertility, but I have come across the condition when reading up on various infertility elated topics. If your concern is having children, you can try a special form of IVF called ICSI.
