Download version 8 of acrobat reader if you dont already have it. This version allows you to select text and images. You can download pdf creator here which is free from sourceforge. Make a new word document and paste the page of the pdf you want. When you print from word it will give you the option to choose pdf creator as the printer.

    Thanks Hal1 for prompt reply.
What I am really looking for is this:
I can easily attach an entire pdf file to an email
Is there a way of attaching an individual page from the file to an email
without having to go through Word?

    download cute pdf writer,

install it and it will set up a special printer that when you print to it, instead of it being printed to a piece of paper it creates a pdf file of the print out.

Yea, you can paste into anything, wordpad, mspaint. Then print to pdf.
