Can you recommend a surround sound sys without the DVD player?

I want to get a surround sound system for my HD tv. I have a PS3 hooked up to it so I will be using this for playing the DVDs. I also have a DVD recorder. As such, I want to avoid having to fork out for another one as part of a so called bundle.

Can anyone recommend a decent budget system for around €250-300?

    Cheers.

I picked up a Sony HTD DW790 from Sony Centre Waterford for €290. It's on Pixmania for €267. It's handy because it's got the optical in (only has one) for your PS3 and has coaxial digital in which might be handy for your DVD recorder.

Also it's handy if you only want to upgrade one of your components in the future speakers/amp.
