I used to work for Denobi for nearly 3 years, and I loved it. Great experience.
I was chatting to my old boss and he told me he was hiring for 3 new positions, so I thought I'd help him out and bung it up here!

Job Title: Team Leader / Senior Developer

Reporting to: Managing Director

Purpose of the Job:
The Lead Developer/Technical Architect will lead, mentor and grow the development team and will be required to work across multiple projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

> Provide technical direction for Denobi in areas such as:
- Development languages – in particular PHP 5.0
- Analysis of new technologies and architectures for suitability

> Develop high quality code in key projects
- To deliver the coding to a high standard of quality within time estimates.

> Assist the sales department in responding to large development projects:
- To design and create functional specifications
- To liaise with the customer and online analyst to define systems requirements and/or modifications
- To create time and pricing estimates for development and testing departments

> Assist in the recruitment and selection of key development staff, including coders and testers
 Assist in the recruitment of third party suppliers; to assess and manage third party suppliers and ensure strict security standards are maintained in relation to hosting.
> Identify and resolve system problems
> Deliver robust and efficient code quickly
> Interface with management and users regarding project status and needs
> Have overall responsibility for the website hosting for all Denobi accounts

Job Title: Lead Developer/Technical Architect

> A relevant qualification or significant relevant experience in the sector
> 3 to 5 years experience in similar or related area;
> Team Leadership experience
> Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills are essential; experience of dealing with people at all levels;
> A good understanding of workflow processes in a similar setting;
> Proven experience of working to quality standards;
- experience of developing quality standards while not essential is desirable;
> Proven ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines;
> Previous experience of mentoring junior developers or similar while not essential is desirable;
> Excellent analysis skills, combined with the demonstrated ability to learn quickly and think creatively;
> Strong presentation and communication skills;
> Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
> Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.

Job Title: Online Analyst

Reporting to: Managing Director

Purpose of the Role:
The Online Analyst is responsible for documenting and translating the customer’s expectations into an easy to read format. This in turn allows the production department to create a website that is 100% in line with the customer’s needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

> Customer liaison – interpreting customer requirements and delivering appropriate documentation including wireframes, use cases and requirements.
> Provide advice and consultancy to customers
> Look to up-sell where possible
> Coordinate with Sales, Design and Development departments for pricing and development purposes
> Provide creative and value-added ideas to solve customers’ problems
> Co-ordinate or project manage new jobs with other project managers
> Provide ongoing advice and consultancy to Denobi’s maintenance customers
> Bring new Denobi products to the market from concept through to delivery.

Person Specification
> 5 years commercial experience, with 2 years in an analyst role
> 3rd level qualification in relevant business or technical discipline
> Knowledge of usability and accessibility
> Excellent communication skills including the ability to interpret the customer’s requirements
> Excellent customer care skills with the confidence and ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels
> Ability to work well as part of a team - sometimes working across different projects and liaising with different departments.
> Proven experience of bringing added value to the customer.
> Appreciation of the design and development process
> Proven initiative
> Ability to work under pressure and proven ability to meet tight deadlines
> Flexibility, including the willingness to provide support to other team members if required
> Some project management experience would be desirable but not essential.

They are based in Lucan village, but I think they are looking to move to a larger office very soon [don't quote me on this]. As above, get in contact with Denobi about the specific languages required as this is all the detail I have. I was a project manager there so did not get involved in the coding side of things...

If he's getting a reward and isnt working for them whats to say he isnt a recruitment agency ? (It's the same principle)
