Ok, i have being going to the gym for about 3 weeks now at least 4 times a week. After some previous advice I got here, I ditched the supplements I had(thermobol and promax diet). So im on a supp free diet.

The main area on my body where I can see a change is my biceps. The only thing is my left bicep seems bigger and more defined than my right.

Is this normal? Is it just because im a lefty?

    Thanks

this is no big deal!! if i was you i would focus on dumbells so your weaker side has to work harder and catch up with your left side-this will balance out with time..

Switch to dumbbells and never lift more than what your weaker side can lift. Thus, if you can only do 10kg with biceps curls on your left do the same amount on the right even if you're right isn't tired at the end. Keep doing this until the weak side catches up.
