Had my account closed today (reopened now).

eventually i gave up and asked to be put on to some1 else.
hold for 10min and a new girl from india with better english.
anyway the problem was leaving money in my neteller account without using it. She says u have to use the money and cannot leave in your account for an extended period as neteller is not an online bank and is primarily used for quick transfers to merchants. oh and i cant touch it now for 2 weeks.
Never had a problem before (2years) i say . we only noticed it now....
any1 else come accross this ?
