No one in dub i know of does good ones.

I think french thomas in into-you might dabble a little and xed le hed does and he's in the uk a bit so they'd be your best bets for trying

Don't know anyone in Dublin, but I know there is a place in waterford, they do the tradional old Japanese style of hand tattoing, Irezumi? Sp?

I think the place may be called Yakuza Tattoo if I remember rightly, have heard some good things about the place, don't know anyone who got the hand done ones though.
