    Here the trailer.

Looks like one of the weaker retellings of Invasion of the Body Snatchers. Stars Nicole Kidmann, Daniel Craig and a certain J. Bond...

A much needed update or a remake too far?

Trailer looks good. My favourite is the 1978 version with Donald Sutherland.

I don't think anyone will ever top the 78 version, but I think the new version seems to be different enough. It just seems to be one of those films that gets remade every 15 years or so. Can't be as bad as the 90's version though, can it?

    *liked the 90s version* :o
Of course I like all the versions so far (even that TV show Invasion and Resident Evil 4 which borrowed heavily from Body Snatchers).

Is it just me or is a lot of stuff falling from space into our movies lately?

    Spider-Man 3: Venom
    Fantastic 4 2: Silver Surfer
    Transformers: Robots
    Stardust: Claire Danes
The Invasion: Space shuttle + virus

Someone should put a net up!
