Joining a union

    Just wondering if its of any use joining a union. any advice out there ?

    There are many advantages to joining a union, the extent to which those benefits apply to you does depend on your individual context as the previous poster has said.

    People usually ask the question you are asking when they feel there are in trouble or can sense a problem on the horizon and I am presuming you work in a non-union environment. If you want, feel free to drop me a private message with some details and I'll give you a steer. I work for a union but will be impartial in what I tell you.
