    Hi,

I've been palying around with media centre on a new laptop. I have a NAS which I store all media on, so was faffing about trying to add this to media centre, resulting in me adding the same folders a couple of times. Now I cant figure out how to remove them. Also want to remove the "sample pictures" folder too if I can.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Well you can get rid of the sample picture by simply deleting that folder as it is present in my pictures which is shared under media centre.

As for removing folders right click in section like pictures or videos in media centre and you can add/remove folders by selecting library setup then tell it to stop watching a folder.
