    some background, i decided last week i quite fancied going to aruba for the ultimate bet game, so, i downloaded their site, there was a $650 sign up bonus, the software looked good, decent value sats for Aruba, great...........
    I lodged $750 to get me up and running, and started playing some 3/6 or 4/8 omaha, table seemed soft, all was good.
    I played for about 2 hours, didnt play or run great, was down to 200, left it for a while, then came back and got it up to 800 in about 45 mins, left it again for a while, later i sat with the 800, played about 3 hands and lost it in a cooler situation. (i had 6789), flop 563, turn 6, he had 3322, he had potted it pre on the button, was mainly playing 3 or 4 handed, may of been heads up for a while, but i cant really remember.........anyway, didnt think too much more of it.

    Came back the next day, tried to log in to reload, couldnt get into my account, then, bizarrly, i got the following email.
    Dear Mr. Taylor, Our Security Department has reviewed your recent 1on1 play with Player ID "BigBlueBin23 ". As both of your actions in the hand clearly constituted a willing transfer of funds, we require to know your relationship to this player and the reason for this transfers. Please explain. Do not hesitate to contact us in case you need further assistance. Regards, Kay Security Department

    I was obv shocked at this, and replied asking to see the HH for whatever hands were in question, obv ive no idea who this other dude is.

    All i got back from them was this..........

    Dear Mr. Taylor, Thank you for contacting us. Due to security reasons your account has been permanently disabled and will not be reactivated. Please let us know if you require further assistance. Best regards, VinnieUltimate Bet ~ Security Department

    This is an outrage, they cannot have any proof of any wrongdoings, because none were done, i can only think one of my opponents misclicked or something, ive no idea.

    Ive no money in there because i lost it, but this still has me upset, and i presume if i had of won, the money would now be frozen !!!

    Ive no idea how to resolve this, does anyone know anyone in Ultimate bet or any ideas what i should do.

    That is unreal! Seems a bit heavy handed. Surely they could provide you with their "proof".

    Tell them you are a journalist and had lodged 750 to see what the software is like. That will get you past Vinnie who is obviously on minimum wage and was probably too busy stuffing chicken wings into his mouth to bother going over the HH. He just sent off the "account suspended" email template.

    Once you are chatting with someone who might listen I'm sure you'll be fine because there is obviously no collusion in a car crash hand like that. I'd say an automatic secuity trigger was set off. You had just lodged that day, new customer, only played 3 hands with the guy etc..

    I can see where they are coming from, Your known for the oul Collussion, you and that American bird in the jackpot 1/2 game were playing footsy under the table that night we played. ;)

    Suspiciously enough when you left she lost all her monies. :rolleyes:

    Seriously tho, I'd write a very strongly worded email to them telling vinny to get back in his cage and put you in contact with someone who has a bit of authority.

    yea its definatley an automatic block that triggered.

    you need to talk to someone that actually knows poker. Try their support and if not working PM me and i see if i can get you in contact with a person i know in there.

    Thats brutals their customer service is really terrible.

    Your missing out on the 50 seats to Aruba tonight too. I think the last sat are this week could be wrong though.
