Have you experience in the instruction field? Have you experience of running your own business?
The ISM do instructor training - http://www.ism.ie/instructortraining.php
They also offer franchises which may or may not be an advantage to you - http://www.ism.ie/ismfranchisee.php

    Hi,

Prior to 1st July 2007, no qualifications, requirements of any kind whatsoever was required to set oneself up as a driving instructor in Ireland.

Similar anybody could set themselves up as an Instructor Trainer.

However, now see :- Approved Driving Instructors -ADI's

Before you part with any money, sign any contract would carefully check what qualifications your "Training School" instructors have acquired.
