Wine getting through customs - time?

    I have a couple of cases of wine (following a holiday in NZ) arriving into Dublin Port on Saturday.

    They will have to clear customs before being delivered - has anyone any experience as to how long this usually takes? Days? Weeks?

    Ship arrived in port August 4th.
    Wine delivered August 22nd.
