    folks

i was just wondering do you think it would be possibel for the seal on outlet pipe of the bath to become worn over time so that a very nasty smell might be able to seep up from the drains/sewer where the draininage water goes?

bath is tiled so cant get in to look properly but knocked a hole from stud wall at other end and defo reckon its from the bath tub area

    thanks paddy
