    sure theres a load of things on this weekend , but when i was out and about last weekend met this crew of cycle couriers

    there having a "legit" race this weekend up in the phoenix park, near the popes cross , the trials are all day saturday , the full on race is sunday 10 - 1 .
    Know a few of you live out that way , and these courier races are meant to be mad as in exciting , anyway i hope to head up on sunday morning , with my bag

    Sounds good.There's plenty happening this weekend:) If you're in the midlands there's the Stradbally Steam Rally.Steam engines,steam trains,vintage cars,a birds of prey show,sheep trials and all that sort of thing.And further south there's the Beast of Ballyhoura adventure race.Plenty of good photo opportunities there too.

    Ooh and i'm looking forward to the (as Leinsterman called it) the island of Valentia. I haven't been out drinking in a month so there better be some of that going on or there will be severe beatings:D

    woo and i'm not working Today, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The weekend starts early for me.

    There is also dublin castle sand sculptures - though its probably an idea to wait a week or so till they are finished the sculpting. Here is the timetable ;

    Plans are also well under way for a Project in Duncannon for their Annual festival, and the dates have been confirmed for the Dublin Castle Exhibition.

    Anything on tonight? My better half is going out to a hen night, and bar going to photograph that and have my camera shoved somewhere warm and dark, I better go find something else.:D
