Recently got a Psp memory card from a Uk based seller. On ebay page it stated it was original. Ofcourse when I got it it wasnt. Asked for a refund plus postage back to seller.

Got my refund, plus I sent back item registered post. The Item was delivered yesterday to him, well it says so on the tracking page of An Post. I asked for my postage back but nothing so far.

Now I got a refunded for the Item on the 24th July, now today I noticed on my 365 online banking that the same amount was given to the seller on the 27th July.

Now it says on the 365 banking website paid through paypal but there is no record of this on Paypal. Have contacted them about it. Now I'm wondering did the sneaky git do a charge back for the Item through his credit card company?

Was your refund through PayPal sent to you as a credit card payment from the seller? Or was it a proper refund sent by refunding the original payment?

You can check that in your history log. Also if there was fee's charged on the 'refund' it was not a complete refund.

If you've sent it back registered you can file a Not as Described claim through PayPal if you have not been refunded for it.
