Ammendment to a court order

Does anyone know how to kick off the process to get a court order amended? I don't want to go to a solicitor as they were so expensive to get the original one in place. The court order in question refers to access arrangements I have in place to see my children. I may apply for legal aid but would rather go do it myself.
Just don’t know where to start

District court rules, Schedule C download the PDF file. It will be buried somewhere in there.

Pages 231, 232, 243-245 etc. etc. of the file ... just from a cusory look; use the search box to try and find what you need in there. Getting a solicitor is probably the best thing 4 sure.
