Which bank or building society has the best savings account for me? I am a student with a part time job so would only be earning €200 max a week. I want one where I can put in what I like when I like but that still will grow (interest) with time. I already have a Bank of Ireland student a/c but I can't use that to save…

The bank of Ireland SmartSave account has
All amounts Gross rate 3.75%* Ear 3.8%*
to be honest i don't understand this really?!
