    Hey,

Has anyone been to any of these classes? http://www.bootcampireland.com/index1.htm

I'm thinking about joining up, but would love to hear if anyone has done it and what they think of it.

If it gets you out doing something It ain't that bad.

When I was bored and Living In dublin used to go to bushy park to have laugh at the people being bossed around by some guy trying to be a drill sargent.

From a read of the site it looks like a couple of RDF guys making a few quid on the side. It'll improve your fitness but you'd pay for a nice gym membership for less and most gyms have a number of free classes (spinning etc) which you can attend if you feel you need someone shouting at you to make you work.

I am in the gym at work but want to do something outdoors for a while which is why I'm thinking about it before the real winter evenings set in..

If anyone has actually gone to the classes would love to hear your thoughts?

    Thanks

I worked with Declan Ryan. He's proper army, not RDF, and is a fully qualified PT instructor.

I couldn't imagine doing it meself, though.
