Poker Personality Question

Hey, i wanted to ask something, ive been playing poker online the last month and a bit and its fun but i do prefear playing with mates at a real table.

Anyway i get allot of hasstle from these randomers online giving out to me for going all in again and again ect.

They will moan and bitch and i dont know why because im winning, i had 7/3 off suit, i had gone all in the last 4 times with no callers and showed crap cards each time, so i decided to do it again ,everyone called. they ALL had high cards i won on a pair of 3's i know thats luck and all but i got that play money and one of them called a moderator because i was making the game no fun or something, the way i see it when it comes to the play money you can be agressive and keep going all in, fair enough you might lose but you can try again in a hour when you money is back, when you win big you go to a tourney which is what i did and play properly, 1 out of 10,000 and i got the entry money to the tourney by going all in and having people moan at me.

anyway im asking whats wrong with going all in every single hand with play money, if it stops you going in then its a good tatic and if you do get good cards and call, fair enough ill win the next time, and i do. im just getting a little sick of being moaned at for doing it

You really aren't playing poker at all, it's bingo you are playing and if the others are using the play money rooms to learn the game and get familiar with online play then your "strategy" is taking that away from them.

Can I ask a legitimate question here, and in no way is this an attempt to slag you off, why do you even bother with poker?

Don't bother with the play money tables.

When you got to the "real" tourney you played "properly" so any practice you got in at the play table was useless to you and ruining it for the others trying to learn.

Put 10 dollars in and pay $1 tournies or 1c/2c cash tables. You might still get moaned at (hence the ignore buttons!) but at least you'll playing like you think you should instead of, as kayroo said, having a game of bingo.


edit- btw, don't bother with the all in tactics that have got you thus far... you'll be cleaned out!

Eh? There is a site that you can "win" play money and this gets you into a "real money" tourney?

i love it!!!!
its funny when you think about, once you are not playing that way all the time you are doing something very useful. its the kind of thing that works against the mining systems. and thats why you will make money with it. if your range is so wide you will get called a lot when you have big hands. so if you have a system that includes this sort of play, good luck to you.
