Does anyone have any recommendations for any of these classes in North Dublin?

I don't know about oil painting but Trinity run really good, and cheap, sculpture and pottery classes and you don't need to be a student to attend. The classes start in october and run through the academic year. They are very casual, you can come any evening you like, stay as long as you like and pay as you go. I did pottery last year and really enjoyed it. You can work by hand or on the wheel. You don't have to do bowls, cups and the like, there are some really creative people who come along and make all sorts of things. The facilities are really good too, you can glaze your pieces and there is a kiln for firing. It's really good fun. If you are interested then you should send an email to taw@csc.tcd.ie at the start of october.
