I'm new to this whole digital TV thing so I dont know if this is a common thing but I'll ask anyway.

For me, my picture (on every channel) seems be behind the sound. My digibox is hooked up to a HDTV, could that be a factor in this or is it just something which is common to digi TV?

    What HDTV do you have?
Is the sound going through the TV?
Have you experienced this on anything else with the TV?

my ntl digital is working fine, i'd say it does have something to do with the hdtv, i know nothing about them so won't be able to help you there! sorry!

I have a 27" Samsung. I used to notice a slight delay in the anologue signal but it wasn't as noticeable as the digital one. the sound is going through the TV. I have my 360 and PS3 hooked up to the TV and during DVD playback there's no problem with the sound?

Maybe because the box is hooked up through SCART that's what is delaying the sound? Is it possible to get an RGB connection or even component?

Sounds like the TV is causing a delay in the sound. I have seen this before on some TV but its very rare(also if it was going through an external amp is another cause). Have you tried using another TV just to check if the problem is still there. Using a scart lead shouldn't cause any problems.

It should be outputting RGB through the SCART cable (you may have to configure this on the box). SCART is entirely analogue and shouldn't cause any delay (unless your TV for some reason delays the SCART audio input specifically).

P.S. RGB is also component :)

I've got the same problem, using the audio outputs on the NTL box into my amp and the sound is off, it's weird, seems better when you use the digital outs even though they have to go through more processing...
