Hua Hin Thailand or any other suggestions?

    I currently live in Beijing. Thought I might come home to Ireland for a week in September but not really worthwhile for a week. As such am going to take a week somewhere in Asia instead (cut down on flying time etc). I will be going on my own, am 30, and tbh all I am looking for is mindless sunbathing and not so bothered about mad exploring exbeditions etc (am going to Tibet in October so will get plenty of culture there etc.) Nightlife is not of huge importance either (not inclined to go to bars/clubs on my own:eek: ) so all-in-all somewhere with a beautiful beach and lots of spas where I can have treatments every day and listen to wicked music while catching some rays and of course sipping a cocktail. Someone mentioned Hua Hin in Thailand which looks great and flying time from Beijing isn't so long either. Anyone got any other suggestions? When I say no nightlife, I don't want to catch the back end of a Saga tour either and end up sharing meals with the blue rinse brigade lol. Anyone any ideas? Cheers m'dears;)
