    Check out Schecter, they do much nicer baritone guitars. Ibanez do a few also. :)

    Well.... I was in town earlier and tried the baritone as well as the studio and ended up going for neither! Went for a US tele instead and got 250 euro off the price. Happy days!

    What exactly is a baritone guitar , i know it has a longer scale but what exactly makes it different.

    longer scale, simple as.

    Baritone's are tuned a whole octave lower than a regular guitar.

    It's used a good bit in country music and also some people like them for metal.
