I am in the midst of trying to obtain FPP and further to that ( hopefully:) ) would like to get a project manager to oversee the build. Do these people actually exist ? If so any recommendations of any in the Cork area?:confused:

They exist but for a job like this an engineer or architect would probably the people you would get to do the job.
