I'm bringing this up after a lot of thought. This is a problem I'm really struggling with, particularly in the last three or so months. I have soiled myself at least seven times in this period, twice even publicly. I say at least because there are various degrees of the problem.
Needless to say the embarrassment factor is through the roof. It seems to occur more in the mornings than the afternoons so maybe it has something to do with diet?
My girlfriend thinks it's a joke but hasn't thank god been anywhere near me when it happened.

I just can't bring myself to go through the humiliation of telling anyone who knows me, let alone facing up to a doctor about it. I've been reading one or two websites and it seems that some very famous people have suffered in the past from it, for example Kris Akabusi and Curly Watts from Coronation Street.
I was wondreng if anyone else has ever experienced anything like this?
