I've noticed that I'm getting weak reception of RTE/TG4 on these three channels in the direction of Clermont Carn/Kilkeel. I had always presumed that it was a bit of harmonics/channel overlap from Cairn Hill but I now see that there's no TV3 on Ch. 47.

So does anyone know of relays broadcasting on these channels?? I saw an old corkradio website but it had a different allocation, for a relay in Carlingford. Any ideas welcome, for curiosity's sake more than anything else:)

Can I point you to the above sticky on the trials re Carrickdale relay?

The carrickdale relay?? From that corkradio site, there's also a clermont carn B transmitter with just RTE on it, and I can remember seeing 2 masts on Clermont Carn itself, but isn't Carrickdale/Jonesboro covered by Clermont Carn?

Don,t know the answer to any of the above but seems important some of us find out if we are wasting time looking for a signal out of the Carn?
