Sans Institute Training

Hi all,

I'm just throwing a question out to you guys. I have been invited to become a trainer with the Sans Institute for there Stay Sharp and Mentor courses in Ireland. Do you think there is much interest in the IT community in Ireland to make this really worthwhile to pursue?

The main reason I ask is that I was recently part of the Sans Dublin conference and there was very few attendees that were based in Ireland. The class I sat had 40+ people in it and I'd say perhaps only 4/5 of us were based in Ireland.

I personally think that the Stay Sharp courses can offer a great in depth overview of a single subject - do you think there would be much interest though?

Any thoughts would be great.

Perhaps you could give us a brief post on what the course entails~?

Alot of people don't really know what SANS is all about.
