Just can't let the day go without congratulating Louth on a good year. Fair enough, we were beaten today but kept Cork to within a kick of the ball.

Fair play to the lads and thanks for keeping the summer football going so long - definite signs of improvement this year...

Well said Paul, the past 2 performances have restored a bit of pride in the county after all the internal fighting on the panel .
We played very well yesterday, faded away in the last 20minutes but well proud of our efforts this season .
    Roll on next season !!

Yes,well done to Louth for being the surprise package of the championship. They were Leinsters answer to Longford in 2006 and made the championship interesting.

I'm not a begrudger to Louth even though I've had numerous run-ins with SOME Louth fans on here but I do acknowledge that they played beautiful football in downing Limerick and Kildare.I think they are ready to be contenders for Leinster next year if they keep it up.

Slan leat agus go raibh maith agat ar chontae Lu.

louth do seem to be a team/county on the up.progressing well the last few years, even beating the mighty roscommon a few years back. all you can ask is that lads fight for the cause til the very end and play the game as hard as they can, you'll always have a decent chance. hopefully they can progress further in 08
