Yeh.. I have played the Taylor Baby, and as fun as it is you won't be able to utilize it like a proper guitar, well my opinion anyway..

I have a big baby and have had it for about 6 years now. I can't recommend it enough. The action is low, the neck is thin and it has an excellent sound. It's so easy to play. It's more like playing an electric rather than an acoustic. Very nice guitars indeed.

did you choose the big baby because of the size or is there a massively different sound.

I actually got it as a present so I didn't choose anything. The best present I've ever gotten tbh. Lucky me, eh. I was actually quite sceptical when I got it as I had never come across Taylors before but as soon as I played it I was delighted.

I'd always choose a full size guitar though. It's just what I'm used to and my fingers know where to go. I'm sure with the bigger body you'd get a fuller sound too.
