    Player A is a card rack. Player B played first hand badly (possibly harsh without reads), but is insanely unlucky on hand 2.
    In hand 2 77 is likely. But so are 44, AA, 65s, and some % of random hands. If anyone folds 64 it is very -EV. AA, 44, 65s are all possible too. If you take his range as 77, 44, 65s, Player B is still 40% to call river. (I'm assuming you are Player B at this stage). If it's a Q as to whether you should fold, it's a ridiculous cooler and everyone goes broke here.
