when you say you have to cut out a 2 body exercises what do you actually mean.

If you mean you have to drop 2 days then jsut go TBT and train on the Monday Wednesday and Friday

I would continue training 5 times a week but will reduce the weights exercises I wanted some advice on which exercises I could forfeit in place of CV

You haven't given us a list of the exercises you do, just the areas you work.
TBH you can't ignore any part if you want to keep size, because if you ignore a muscle group - it will lose size.
But if you list your routine, maybe there are exercises you can drop, and then perhaps incorporate shoulders with chest, arms with back, for example.

Post your routine, and diet might help too. There are a lot of people here, I'm sure, who will advise diet adjustments, rather than CV training for fat loss.
