Need a hand please

    the problemis my laptop's graphics card.. the driver is missing and we dont know the make of the card. any idea's on how to find out wat it is, aside from tearing open the laptop?
    i've tried a few things on the computer, ie version tracker and built in applications but no luck! idont think it recognizes it at all.
    any help is greatly appreciated!

    Look for a program called Belarc Advisor it will scan your unit and display all your hardware in there .Its free

    What is the make/model of the laptop? You might be able to get some info from the manufacturers site.

    Also try the BIOS. Depending on the make, hit F2 or Delete or something else to get into the BIOS and have a look around there.
