So you have a paypal account and when you go to the "Add a Bank Account in Ireland" page it won't accept BOI details. Is that it?
Do you have correct sort code and account number?

    Hello Brenda,

We use PayPal frequently to take payments and I have found the service
    excellent so far.

Recently they added integration with some Irish Banks so
you can transfer your funds straight into your AIB or BOI account (takes 5
working days) Also, your customers do NOT need a PayPal account to use its
services. You can set this up under your account profile and when a client
visits your payment page, they are presented with a "I Don't have A PayPal
Account" link which bypasses the PayPal login and brings them straight to
    the payment page.

In referance to an alternative, there are others such as WorldPay, Realax
(Irish) etc, 2Checkout.com. I suggest your visit their websites and see
what fees they charge but I know some of them look for recurring yearly
subscription fees, whereas PayPal do not.

    I use CC myself.

    Isn't that what you wanted?
Title "Selling On Ebay (only have laser and 3V Card)" and your "how can i sell on ebay !!!" implies that you sell stuff on ebay, people buy them and pay via paypal to your bank a/c.

Why would you want to transfer money from BOI to paypal if you're a seller?

Also: use question marks for questions. Bad English pisses people off.

you can use your paypal balance (when you get paid for sold items) to pay ebay fees.
