How can I promote my fuelsaving product here

I'm coming back to Ireland after a self imposed 8 years exile in South Africa. I have a dealership for the FUELSTAR fuel catalyst which is a tried tested and proven fuel saving device for any combustion engine from a motor bike to a ship. I sell the product here in South Africa but now want to promote and ditribute it in Ireland

I need to get contact names of people in the transport business , freight forwarders etc. This is a very eco-friendly device also as it substantially reduces green house gas emissions from vehicles so if anyone has contacts maybe in the green party !

The Golden Pages gives a basic listing free of charge to every business with a phone number - even those with just mobiles.

But that is just names and numbers.
You have to be on the ground here with plenty of free samples to prove the worth of that stuff.
And have the capability to supply an order quickly if it comes along.
Maybe you can get a friend here to do some leg-work for you ? Ideally someone in the motor trade.

I know you're a long way from penny apples out there - but have you ever heard of one Bill Cullen ?
Renault are not renewing their importer contract with him when it runs out next year. But he still owns some big Renault dealerships.
And he is a man for a new and trendy idea . . .

    Your timing is good.
The Green boys are trying to make their mark already.

Later (after some sales) it'd do no harm to see if there might be any incentives (VAT-wise) given to fuel-saving products like this.

    Good luck.

Any chance of a brief explanation of the advice? How much can it save in fuel/emissions and how much does it cost to install on a typical motor vehicle (or Ford Transit in particular;)) ?

    Read

    Saves about 10% of fuel.

Unit for Transit would be €160 - €200.

Installed ahead (diesel) or after (petrol) fuel filter with basic skills.

The testimonials on the FuelStar website are from users mainly.

Has any more objective trials/studies been done on this catalyst system by say a university Dept of Mech Eng ?

If so, could you provide a link to the final report, please ?
