McGinley Leads the open

    Paul McGinley is top of the leaderboard after 9 holes in the open on 4 under par.
    Just thinking about all the talk that Harrington is the best chance of an Irishman winning in a major.Would love to see McGinley hang in there until the end.

    Althoug, did this really warrant another thread? We already have an Open thread.

    Might be better keeping all in one. Could get messy otherwise.

    poor on 15 and 16 but unlucky on 17.
    nice to see him up there but the 1st round leader normally does nothing in the end. can't believe sergio is using a belly.

    Started another thread because the original seemed to be geared towards peoples favourites and betting prices and not actual scoring.
    Should the mods wish to merge the two threads that's fine by me.
