Right, I am in the very envious position of actually been able who I want to work for at the moment and choose what I want to do with them.

I am moving country and last week I did a lot of interviews and the companies that interviewed me all came back with offers. I am a senior .net dev & tech arch so thats the reason (they just dont get many moving companies!)

Anyways, all three are fairly similar job wise and benefits. There are a few differences in money and working conditions..

The main thing is 1 is consulting firm so I will be in the clients place a lot and the other 2 you work in their premises. Also I will be heading up their MS consulting wing as I will be the only one there at the moment, untill they hire in some more people. They are slowly getting the talent that they want, but its taking time.

On the very big plus side the consulting firm operates a commission principle in that you can take a lower base pay and get more of the hourly rate (its roughly 100->125E per hour for my skillset at the moment there) and it can get you salaries for a standard 40hr week of $$$K per year. The others are in the region of $$K per year for a similar week.

The other 2 places includes the 2nd biggest IT firm in the country and is very well established. The other 1 is smaller but well respected. Either would be an excellent place to work. The main pluses of either of these is the social aspect because with the whole moving countries yadda yadda.

So if you were me, which one with you choose?
