    Hi all

    Here have a creative vision M i got as a present from the states but it has started to refuse charging are creative very picky about having the reciept to get it replaced

    From what I've seen in the past, they're one of the best companies around when it comes to returns/repairs.

    I would agree with that. I've returned two and once you have initially registered when you bought it there should be no problem.
