hi i need to get an export script for a table on a database im using does anyone know where i could see sample code or a tutorial on how to create this script so as i can save the script into a variable and then run it on another database. tnx

If you have access to phpmyadmin you should be able to see the typical syntax used when you export a table using CREATE TABLE. Beyond that all you need is the mysql_list_fields function in PHP. The following links are all you realistically need:
