Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The first person to the left of the dealer button. So small blind first, then big blind, etc.

You should try playing the play money games or freeroll tournaments online to get used to the structure.

Always the player to the left of the dealer, whether he's involved in the hand or not.

ye but i was playing heads up before and my opponant was first to act twice in a row. Was it because he raised pre flop?
    Is it different heads up?

HU is understandably awkward for newbies to poker without been told how it works.

Dealer is the SB, Other guy the BB.

The SB (Dealer) acts first before the flop, then the game returns to normal after the flop (Dealer acts last).

Yes, except heads up. Dealer is the small blind when heads up and the BB acts first both before and after the flop.
