Can anyone who has used this crowd tell me if they are reliable for shipping here?

According to their site terms and conditions they require a photocopy of credit card to be sent to them, is this actually enforced etc

Yes to both questions, they are reliable, and they do require a photocopy. I ordered my amp from them.

Reliable? Yes. Although shipping and credit card are 2 different things. Their credit card admin dept has some known processing issues and the shipping people can't ship till them suits say so.

There sure do. Some swear by it but I prefer CC.

They like most online stores can be a dream to deal with and you're always going to get it cheaper.

Thumb's up for them from me.....

Keep your order simple and you'll never have an issue.

They say to block out a few numbers for security :)

Id prefer to email them a scan than have my CC ripped off!! Everyone should enforce it tbh. Once you send it once, you won't have to do it again, they have it on file

Ripped off? That's why there's a security code on the back... Every other online retailer can do without a scan, why not Musicstore?

I got a guitar case with no problems from Musicstore. However my second dealing with them did not go so smoothly. I ordered a bass amp from them which appeared as in stock when I ordered. Two weeks passed, heard nothing, e-mailed them, got reply saying it would not be in stock for another five weeks. When that time passed I e-mailed three times - no reply. I finally phoned only to be told they had reimbursed my card two weeks previously. Fair enough you might say, but I was not informed of this and I had not recieved my card statement at the time. A simple e-mail would have been sufficient. As with all these stores, they are great when everything goes smoothly but a lot different when they dont.

BTW I was not asked for a picture of my CC.
