    No problem :) I tried putting a direct link on but it kept taking me to komplett.co.uk instead of .ie

    wait until august - i think - and you'll get an extra controller and 10 euros more off the price

    This is the new PS3 bundle. Sony announced it would cut the North American price of its 60GB Playstation 3 by $100, from $599 to $499. It also said it would soon release a new 80GB version for $599.

    Instead of getting the equivalent of $100 off the console like they did in America; Europe got this bundle. So if you want these two games it's an alright deal. The Komplett deal, however, is the same as the one you will be able to get in bricks and mortar stores - if not now, then when it filters through in the next couple of days. :)

    Well first, Sony are totally ripping Euro customers off, trying to make all the money they loose in USA & Japan back off us.

    $499 != €629, $499 = €365 :eek:

    Whats more, the Euro version even has less hardware (the PS2 emulation chip), shame on you Sony for treating your customers so badly.

    Play.com have a much better deal I think, Sony Playstation 3 PS3 Console With 60GB HDD & 3 Games (MotorStorm / Genji / Resistance: Fall of Man) + FREE HDMI cable + Click (Blu-Ray), only thing missing is the extra (rumbless :rolleyes: ) controller.

    Every company does that with the US and EU. Dell, Apple, Nintendo, Microsoft - it's scummy but unfortunatly nothing new.

    Anyhow, the US are getting the version without the emulation chip too now. That chip was originally only installed because they coudn't get their backward compatibility software ready in time for launch.

    Play.com wont ship to Ireland though, and as savemejebus says, the new models in the US are also using software emulation rather than the chip.
    This deal is only temporary, in the States at least, and is just being used to get rid of the rest of the 60GB models so they will only have 80GB models on sale.
