If you can get second hand Sky equipment you get all the BBCs, ITVs and most of the news/international channels for free. Perfect widescreen reception and it NEVER goes off.

That is something I've been pondering, my sister has just got Sky installed I'll have to see if its worth the bother of switching.

Anyone know what happened in Jekyll from halfway point? There is no repeat sadly.

    Mike.

Switch for the minimum term possible until you own the equipment. Then go back to NTL and you get the FTA satellite channels and all (or at least 3) of the Irish channels on rabbit ears as a back up.
